Dealerships have all kinds of excuses for car problems. The most common excuse is that something is "normal" for that car. Just tell them that saying something is "normal" is not the same as saying that it is "acceptable". That's the value of forums such as Just Commodores, they enable you to cut through the bullshit that you are often presented with.
