Hi hey guys.

I took the connector off the oil pressure sensor and the connection is covered in oil. The oil pressure sensor is working intermittently, sometimes I have full pressure sometimes I have zero. Has anyone had this problem is it just a case of replacing the oil pressure sensor?

get a new sender and clean the plug really good before u plug it into the new one and u will be good again, the sensors can leak into the plug and it causes the issues

Yep, I have had this before they somehow split under the plug and leak, or around the join. I've had them only last a few weeks before going. One I showed Repco and got a replacement on the spot, and fitted it in their carpark.

Order a new Sensor to suit you motor
L98 or L76 ?

Disconnect the Battery Neg terminal,
Remove the old Sensor,
Clean the Filter under the OPS, (if fitted)
Clean the Plug with Contact Cleaner,
Install the Filter, (if fitted)
Install new OPS with a film of Gasket Sealent on the thread,
Re-fit the plug,
Road test.

Open a Stubby, oops, after clean up !
I always do !!!
Cheers ;)
