We'll probably watch the taekwondo only because my daughter is really into it and has an ambition to make to olympic team for 2016/2020 otherwise only interested in the bloopers like when a cyclist takes down the whole pack or someone faceplants into a hurdle and stuff like that

Channel 9's coverage seems to focus on only a handful of events which are considered staples, but i was watching weightlifting and archery on foxtel at a mates place and i really enjoyed watching these events. Womens weightlifting and some of these chicks weigh under 50kgs and they're lifting twice their weight easily, makes me want to lift a lot more than i do at the gym.

Yeah and only ones where Australians are competing. As soon as they finish, they swap to something else where some aussie is coming second last. Its all over the shop.
I don't even bother watching tv anymore - only for the news. If I see one more advertisement for Xfactor and No Direction I'm gonna go beserk.
