Opening boot with Rear Wing

The stronger struts will lift the boot with the big wing about 1/4 to a 1/3, as others have said. The standard struts lift the boot with the lip spoiler fully. Either way, it's a handy feature when your arms are full.
As an aside, after 5 years the struts on my Redline with the big spoiler have lost their lift strength. I'll be replacing them soon. Like I said, it's a handy feature.

Maybe I misunderstood what others have said (going off some other threads as well). So no one has the big wing and a boot lid that opens fully just with the remote? Like 426Cuda said, it would be handy to have it open fully by itself. On the plus side, my Redline is 5 years old as well but the struts are still OK (for now).

mine is with the GTS wing and i never even thought it would open any more then just pop enough to unlatch itself, there dosnt seem to be any self assistance designed into it
