Hey guys. I changed the inlet intake manifold awhile ago hoping it would fix this problem, but it hasnt seem to fix it. After driving for a few weeks once the car is of the coolant overflow tank starts to bubble. I think release the air in the bleeder. I have flushed the system a numerous of times. So obviously somewhere air is getting in. I have changed most hoses heater valve and radiator cap. I am stuffed for ideas... any help would be appreciated thanks

like was said you have a air leak some ware , could be a simple as a new cap , but get it checked for a peace of mind, you can try the trick taping a plastic bag over the hole and see if its not a gas forming .

The radiator cap isn't old. Changed it about 6 months ago... did change the coolant gauge sender. Now I can actually see what temperature it has the problems at

Also not that it probably means much but the engine is either a vn or vp. As there is no cam angle sensor installed
