When you will get to my age you will stay home more not unless there is noting to keep you home. Only on last week my friend Died (78) so now I have only one friend left and he is the same age as me. For me our Toys in the House are my friends and I enjoy them to the Fullest.

Yes only one friend left now but whilst i was watching catch up TV (the Blacklist) I saw a add and I was thinking about my only left friend and this add was a NRMA INSURANCE ADD (did anyone see this ADD) and in this add it says Its ok if you rent and this add says its better to rent compared to buy because my old Friend has been renting the same house YESSSSS the same house for 26 or 27 years and if he bought it not rent it the house would have been payed off by now.
The Value of the House 26 years ago around $32,000 or less
The House next to him got at the Auction only last Saturday $1.1 Million.
If I remind this to him I will have to duck because a Hammer will be flying my way
