That’s because all powered systems are providing the data feedback during the check. Nothing running and ECM says yeah that’s all cool from what I see when nothing is on. Everything checks out.

You start the car and suddenly sensors are plowing the ECM with live data. A bunch of the data is outside set parameters and a code is logged.

With the system at rest there is no data issue. All reads as it should at rest.

I’d suggest there are other circumstances causing the problem.

No. You just need to bump them an email, tell them where you are and ask if they can suggest some workshops near you with their members working there.
