Ve Omega error code P0615

Hey all
For about a month now my ve has been sat in the drive way and refused to crank or anything close to starting and I’ve hooked it up to a scan tool the other day and got the error code P0615 Starter Relay Control Circuit. I’m absolutely lost on how to fix this and any help would be greatly appreciated

P.S it will crank if I stick a paper clip in the appropriate fuses in the fuses box but even then I still get no start.
