Pcm purple wire 3.8lt

what are the purple wires on the pcm for ? the vehicle is a 2000 model 3.8lt vx commodore l67 automatic.might b different 2 n/a 3.8lt commodore. Hav heard they might b 4 the fuel pump.if anyone knows please reply.

Thnxs lex thought it might b the fuel pump cause the car was on lpg & someone had tampered with the purple wire.ive removed the lpg but think ill get someone 2 do the lpg computer .
