Your local Holden/GM parts place will be able to source one for Monday at the earliest (Being Friday arvo) if you are quick.

If you need one even faster, it will need to be from a wrecker.

Thanks for the link but I am fitting an oil catch can and need to make new lines.

If you are fitting it, then just measure the outer diameter.
Go pop the bonnet and measure.
