can someone please tell me why (using GIMP) when i erase it turns into white instead of erasing the whole image its erasing to white and just will not work for me.. i got it to work once and dunno how i managed (was a little stoned at the time). but please someone tell me what im doing wrong really annoying.. cheers

This helped out alot. I started with something basic though with my WH Statesman, it is already lowered so I just changed the wheels. Thanks.

please if someone can edit this picture of my car as i dont have the software to do so.
i'd like for it to lowered on ssl all round... so tucking majority of the tyre... also if someone can find a picture of pentagons and try them.

i just downloaded gimp and when trying to lower my car it seem my layers merge?? the erased area just over laps the first layer? help??

This is a great thread, I decided to give it a quick go this afternoon, not finished yet but this is what I have so far.

Stock:

Changed the wheels, tried to make them look like 18's:

Lowered a bit, would like to make the rear sit a little lower though;
