Possible timing chain rattling and clacking loud! Need urgent help

Heres a pic of the tensioner that came off. what do you guys reckon? it felt really weak when in place and its got a bit of wear.

Well guys it looks like I wont be finishing my car this weekend... I got the wrong timing chain set for my motor Everything fit except the sprocket to drive the oil pump. So after all that time getting the chain on, I had to pull it off again today lol. Luckily its ANZAC day on Thursday (provided new correct parts come by then :s) Story of my life lol

Alright so just an update. After a few hiccups with wrong timing chain set for my motor I have finally got it all back together and will start it up nervously tomorrow morning and report the outcome... fingers crossed :s

Ok well the news isnt good... started it up and not as bad, but a concerningrattle still. I took some videos which I will post when I can. So disappointing
