So I have some good news. I pulled the bracket from the sump to bellhousing and removed the dust shield and there was the flywheel counterweight sitting there with one screw in it... THANK GOD! So then after sliding a magnet rod thing in and around the bellhousing I could not find the other bolt... Even inspected by eye and no evidence of it lol im confused. Its either flown out somehow or it dropped secretly when I took the bracket and shield off
