You can bag them all you want but i love it, goes well , good on fuel, fun to drive and very reliable.
Plus its got far more power then when it had this:

well I'll go against the grain here and say it's a good conversion mate. And yours is tidy.
Not everyone can afford or even wants a V8.
If I wanted a daily driver VB-VK, I'd be swapping out the 202 for a V6 as well. Heaps more power than the old 202, better fuel economy and driveability. Admittedly the V6 doesn't sound the best, but then again, nor does the 202.

Just the sound of a pre Ecotec V6 drives me nuts sound like someone is shaking a can full of nuts and bolts!
Threads not about my preferences so I'll leave it there! Lol

The VN s1 engine gave them a really bad name for rattles, the VP s2 is far quieter and the VR is better again, they arent the quietest engine out there but i can assure you my VP engine hasnt got that dreaded VN idle rattle and clatter or that horrid scraping noise you hear as they drive away.

I'd go straight six over a manger any day just in a VB-VK!

Each to their own.
