how did u go about doing the dent in the driver shock tower??
its come along way by the looks! have u been enjoying the sanding side of things? haha

Hammer and Dolley. Doesnt take much to get it flattened out.

yeah i realise that but i was more interested to see if he cut it out and welded in new steel rather than beating and bogging

I beat/bogged mine when i did it. It doesnt take a great amount of bog to smooth it once you beat it.

yeah like sabbath i beat out the dent in the shock tower then gave it a skim of bog. as for the other factory dents like under the battery tray and on the opposite side i cut them out and welded in sheet metal.

oh yeah and the sanding sucks ass.. taken a lot longer then i thought it would... it was my first time using bog so i was caking it on and realising i have to sand 90% of it off... but its not to bad just have a beer inbetween coats
