I've been running with my VR for a year or so now and want to have a bit more fun with it.
The exhaust had been tinkered with and it has a Cool Air Intake installed already.
I was planning a few V6 upgrades and then a mate suggested putting a VR/VS V8 engine instead.
Are there any major problems that I need to work out before I install a new engine or any that I may come across?
I'm still learning about cars so help would be very much appreciated.

1st thing, make sure u get a motor and geagbox from a vr v8 as the vs engine looms are different to the vr, all u will need is motor gearbox engine loom and k frame and its preety much hook up the loom and bolt it up, its actually quite easy

Thanks mate

Engine wise sure, its no issue but then there are other things to consider:

1. Fuel system
2. Suspension
3. Brakes
4. Cooling System
5. Exhaust
6. Dash (inst cluster)

Honestly, unless you've done a lot of work to the care and everything else is off its titts, buy a V8 from scratch. Conversions are always NQR.

aZk.
