power steering pump bolts

hi im just putting engine back together after renewing timing chains and oil pump. ive just spent an hour trying to find how the hell the p/s pump bolts on . 13mm bolts fall through the holes and 15 seems way too tight. Is there a thread in the actual bracket or does it thread just into the pump what size bolts are suppose to go there ?View attachment 226237View attachment 226238

Hey mate. I have a question for the 1st pic. So the 2 you circled red are 13mm what size bolt is the 1 you didn't circle to the left pls? I also did a new timing chain replacement. And i have a bolt that feels like its too big to go in. Thanks
