Mate, I'm laying money on wiring in the drivers door boot. You know what I would do? I would try running some heavy gauge wire from the switch directly to the motor....

Do you know which colour wires are the driver's window switch?

No I don't sorry mate, but I have a feeling they don't change from the motor.

If you had a millimeter or test light it would be a cakewalk.

Do you know which colour wires are the driver's window switch?

On the connector at the switch block they are Pins 7 and 8 respectively for up and down.

Looking at the connector with the tab that plugs into the switch block on the top, they are the end two pins on the bottom row.

Should be Blue/White and Green/Black out of the switch.

the G/B wire goes back to the BCM and the LW goes to the motor. G/B wire comes off the down side of the switch and LW off the up.

And I should be splicing into the wires that plug into the bottom of the master switch block, correct?

Ok so I ran wires from the switch straight to the power window regulator and it's working properly, which means that the auto-down function is causing problems.

Can this be fixed?

No mate, it doesn't mean the auto down function is the problem. That's bcm controlled. Wiring in the door boot.
