Problem o2 sensor

In need of any ideas I own a 06 ve ssv l98 cammed since I bought the car I've replaced all 4 02 sensors kept getting b2 s1 codes low voltage and I sufficient switching and heater bank codes due to the cam and tune apparently no problem with the sensors just the factory settings not compatible with the tune even If that's the case the ecu changes air to fuel mixture pretty much as soon as it throws the code , I also have the sensor spacers with cats Instaleld at all sensors same problem. Persists so I bought a simulator and installed that now the o ly code it throws is the p050 heater bank and still Ru s lime a busted ass as soon as the code throws any ideas would be appreciated as aftert sinking savings I to the car don't have the mo.ey to put it in the shop I have basic mechanical aptitude a decent scan tool just lack in diagnosis knowledge
