lol, when i saw the title of this thread i thought you were talking about a twin turbo manifold...ah well.
i have seen that manifold somewhere before..cant remember where, it looks a little small on the throttle body side of things, how big are they?

well, it looks like its been well used, so for a second hand manifold id say under $500 would be fairly decent.
also, do you know what its been made out of?

Na i' not sure what its been made of but i'm guessing Alluminium is what has been used.. Why do you ask? yea he has $600 plus $25 for freight so i was thinking it was an ok sorta price, but i dunno if i should get it cause i hav seen others that look that they would suit my wants/needs more than this 1 but yeah, its still a fair amount of money atm... and i hav found another standard manifold for under $100 that i am hoping to get either way cause i wanna tidy the casting beads up and the other casting areas on teh inside not that it will make alot of diff but after i clean it all up i then wanna get it dipped in chrome along with the rocker covers...

i asked because it looks like some sort of aluminium or sheet metal, which wouldnt block out heat all that well (if its aluminium it will absorb it!) so the intake temps would be higher.

thats a fair point, i can understand that.. yeah the more i thin about it and i hav also heard that they don't make a huge amount of diff i think i will jus stay with my stnadard manifold with my 70mm throttle, mind you it does look nice to see the TT manifold under the bonnet... It has that whole "WOW" effect on ppl...lol

I guess that it would also depend on the thickness and quality of the Alluminium, because the standard 1 is cast alluminium anyway.. but hmmmm i dunno i think when in doubt don't is always the way to go... Or atleast until you feel that you know enough top be comfortable to spend that sort of money and know that it is going to be a good thing, and not stufff up on ya..
