The whole VK borgy tailshaft will do the trick. I used a VL diff and VK borgy tailshaft in my old VH. Had no drama's with it.

The backplate of the borgy will have a rubber bung in the middle for the inspection/top-up hole, the salisbury has a bolt in the middle. Also the borgy uses a flange with 4 bolts to join the tailshaft to the pinion....a salisbury has u-bolts.

Why don't you put another salisbury back in it?

Because good ones are hard to find, parts a hard to source and Borgy diffs are more easily modified and are stronger.

plus better ratios available with the borgies the 8 bolt salisburys are to commodores what banjos were to Torannas. The borgie diffs are way stronger, way more common these days.
