I didn't even pick up on that. lol. Typically 18mm is fine. For you mach 5 would probably go with 25.

Bunnings dont stick 19mm, but they can get it in. Would you recommend a different mm MDF?

I will have to checkout this BassBox program.

18mm seems to be the standard in Australia and really easy to find. Personally, I'd just use that and put some triangle braces on the walls or even glue your MDF offcuts to the inside walls to stiffen them up. I'm pretty lazy though :emb:

This is my last attempt. If this isnt right then I give up and I will just buy a custom box. If anyone needs anymore measurements then let me know.
