remove VX glovebox

helppp!!

I have tried everything to remove the glovebox out of my VX... i can't work it out!!

can somebod please advise? does it just clip out?????

Ok if you have a look on the inside of the left or right (damn cant remember) bottom corner there should be a small piece of plastic you can pull out and then ur glove box should be able to jimmied out

In the glovebox, in the right hand corner is a big plastic pin that you can lever out with a screwdriver. Then you can manouvre the whole glovebox out. I'm just about to go outside and remove mine too.

right side mines so loose i can pull it out wit my fingerz prob a bad thing :yeah:

Nah not a bad thing some pins are tight fit and others are loose fit its all good

Open the glove box. Empty the glove box. look to the right bottom corner of the inside of the glovebox. there is a black tab there in the corner.Looks like a little triangle with a curved side to allow fitment into that tight corner. That tab is the head of a pin hinge. If you wiggle it out the glove box is released on one side allowing you to pull it down on the right side, this then will allow the left side to come out. Replacment is reversal of removal but its a bit of a bugger to line that little hole up. Needs some fur round it IMO LoL!
