Seems a bit silly to me trying to rip off the back of the seat and buy the new clips, because when I just did it before I just slid the flat head screw driver in between the back panel of the seat and the padding and pushed on the two clips and the back just popped off... and it just clicked back in. No need to try and rip the back of your seat off.
If you can't see, just shine a small torch at the opening on the bottom of the seat and find were the two clips are holding the back panel on, then push the screw driver down on the clip and it will just release.
Why waste money on something which doesn't need replacing...
Mind you I did have the back of the seat off at the time, but if you have it tilted forward as far as it goes, then it shouldn't be a problem.
