I normally have it at 15L/100kms in the city... best consistent reading was 13.4L/100kms in the city. Worst consistent reading was 22L/100kms.

I'm sold. With that sort of fuel economy....

Every one should own one...

The 91 V8 VN with a Greenfoam tune got 11L/100kms on a trip to Birdwoood (160km round trip up the Adelaide hills and back to Seaford) At one point it was showing 9.7 but the small towns seen that go into the 10's for most of the trip and then some long hills at the end it hit 11.0L/100kms into the driveway. Around town it sits around 14L/100kms driven firm to hard at times - so 14L/100kms could come down more yet (from 15-16 with std tune)

You sure the trip computer is not telling fibs? Have you worked it out manually? That just seems very frugal for a v8 wagon that i assume has done a few k's.
My folks live in the Adelaide hills and i play footy against birdwood, its not exactly the most flatest piece of road ive encounted.
