I read that OP has taken off throttle body and air intake?
Is it all back together and running poorly?

Your response indicates you seem to be aware he took some parts off and put them back on, so why would it be illegal?

Vac hose like Losh said or you’ve left a wiring harness connector off somewhere. Injectors, IAC, throttle position sensor or MAF sensor.

Yeah I took the two hoses from the throttle body and unplugged the maf sensor plug then plugged them back in

Rockers torqued to spec?

If so, did you turn each cylinder over to take the sping pressure off each valve spring?
