self starting car

all you vz 6 and 8 owners have you tried the self starter yet ????


turn key to start then let go of key car keeps on turning over till it starts

yeah its a really good idea makes it easier to start cause u dont have to stuff around, just turn the key and away it goes

Neither does mine. Must be a V6 thing.

i get so used to it half the time i go to start the Torana i flick the key and let go, then realise what i've just done

It looks like some cars have it and some don't. My VZ SS doesn't.

This only applies to Alloytec V6 engines. With this function in manuals, they introduced the, clutch pedal depressed before it will crank.

i use it all the time, so much so that i do it when i get into someone elses car and try it! all you get is a *cough cough* and it dies
