Hey all

I'm getting my Exectutive VT commodore lowered on the weekend and I want it to sit as close to the ground as legally possiable. I currently have the stock side skirts and I have intentions of getting a body kit put on at a later date.

What I was wondering, are the Exectutive side skirts the same size as the after market ones? or is there more depth?

Thanks

Hey matey,

If your planning to go as legally low as possible, then I think (correct if Im wrong by all means) you won't have to worry bout any side skirt hitting the ground. Minimum clearence is 100mm from the lowest point on the car(probly the zorst)

Cheers, Keegan

yes it is 100mm but the side skirts depending on which ones you go will make the car "sit" lower therefore can be illegal.
SS side skirts lower that executive and hsv side skirts even lower.

what they do at the pits to check how low is to roll a trolley that at the top sits 100mm off ground under your car. if it doesnt come out the other end then its too low
