Box isn't finished just yet but we are getting there, awaiting the steel round overs then we can properly seal it up!

Bobo said I should use 8 t-nuts and bolts to hold the port, so we used 24

Massive box indeed man, it will sit about 200mm from the tailgate, with the seats up and all under the window line

Today Bobo got started on strengthening the daily port but he didn't mix the fiberglass hot enough so it didn't set at all (started at 9 this morning, I left at 6:30 and it still wasn't done) so I'll go down there tomorrow morning and it should be ready to start rounding over!
Whilst that is being done I'll be filling in all the screw holes, there's lots to do

My goal is 145+ and Bobo reckons I'll get close to 148, high expectations much?! Haha
Also,
Some hair trick action would be awesome but I doubt that will happen

More progress today, finished bogging and sanding all the screw holes inside the box and fiberglassed the front face of the port for a little more strength and to make the paint glossy once it goes on

Anyway, on with the pics I snapped during the day!

Deadened the spare wheel well, also done the wheel arches but didn't take any pics.

Bobo breaking out the router again and getting crazy up in this bitch!

Distance from the divider to the port, I reckon it's perfect

Hopefully on Saturday night we get the steel round overs and install them, along with some threaded rod on each side of the box to keep it strong, along with trimming the box and trim panels in fluff!!
