Damo was closest.

Replaced the battery with a 550CCA jobbie and cleaned battery terminals. Got under and undid the main cable from the starter and cleaned it and terminal on the starter. Now there's a fun job!! Also the black cover on the solenoid was loose, I'm sure that couldn't have been helping, letting in all sorts of crap. Cleaned and did up tight. All seems good now. Thanks
