In SA you just pay a yearly fee for the rights to the plates.

It wouldn't matter if they were on a car or not, the cost would be the same.

Correct, the HSV Astra VXR has been in production for about 2 years now. 4 cylinder turbo producing 177kw...

So it's not the "smallest" hsv.

meh shes proberly just holding them on that car so they dont pay storage fee till they put it on a hsv...

Here in Victoria you can store them at home at no charge but when its time for you to want them on a car it will cost you almost $100.Pretty expensive for pressing some keys and printing you a new rego sticker.

Because the State (and sometimes slogan) are on the plates, they can be the same in different states.

Those plates have actually been on some bullshit quick HSV's, i know the car that they were on last, cant work out why they are on that though.....
