f*ckkkkk, i dont think its actually burned into the wires, just the heat shield, but ill try and move it out the way
Try? Mate you have to have that well away from heat. There is no try, only do, or do not.

i tried moving the wire before but it wont really budge, i can get a little movement but not to much, could i get some heat shield on the headers so it wont burn the wire?

Then you need to make another that's long enough to move it away from the headers.
