I've used C/C rain, hail, the works. Never a problem.

Always use cruise control. Only time I've ever had a problem was once when it was bucketing down, climbing a hill and there was a slight corner at the top... Bastard car kicked down a gear and tried stepping out. That was in the VT LS1 and the fact that my rears weren't in the greatest shape probably played the most contributing factor.

Was wondering about the cruise comment in the rain!

I tend to drive with my foot over the brake when I have cruise on so I'd think it would be safer as my foot doesn't have to move from one pedal to the other if something happens!

ya mum!
My VX used to kick out all the time in the wet whilst driving without Cruise Control.

Ergo it must be unsafe to drive in the wet without it.

Oh great! Thanks man... Now I can't drive my cars in the rain! I hate catching the train. :(

Cc really shouldn't be used in the wet.Although these days it's not AS dangerous with traction and stability control.
