Holden VX Commodore Berlina 3.8L 6
So I have a 2002 VX commodore Berlina and I just got an Amp for all 4 door speakers not a sub. The door speakers and head unit are after market but I know the wiring goes to the head unit but the amp wiring diagram says they have to go from the speakers, to the amp then to head unit. Will I be able to simply cut the existing connection and rewire to the amp or will I need to muck around with all the factory plugs and do a whole lot of re-pinning and wiring behind the dash. Id prefer I didn't need to. Thanks

yes, you will need to cut and reconnect the speakers to the amplifier, modern amplifiers use the coaxial cables and most modern head units have coaxial out.

If you are unable to do this, you may offer someone from Autobarn to do this for you for a fee, in fact it is recommended if you are new to high amperage auto electrical work
