Hehe aren't the speedos intentionally printed inaccurately so they overreport the speed for safety? I'm fairly sure that a needle pointing straight up on mine is the true 100 point, which is the 105 tick mark.
My 95 VS also does the flashing orange thing with the speed alert, but I've only tried with two buttons down at power-up, not three.
