Speedo not working

Hi guys,

I have a vn series 2 commodore which i converted to manual using a vr gearbox etc, runs fine. However the speedo and reverse lights don't work at all. Anyone had this problem? or do i just need to buy a speedo convertor kit?

Hi, sorry I cant help, but I need help to find where my speedo attaches to in my VN, could you please help?

It could be the VSS (vehicle speed sensor) it's on the passenger side of the gearbox it has three wires coming out of it hope this helps you
