Hi peeps,
Driving my car home last night after 12 hour shift at work and my car decided to **** itself.
it started steaming under the bonnet at the lights and i pulled over and had a look.
it appears that one of the hoses came off which is somehow connected to the radiator coolant, the whole hose cam off and took a nice chunk of the metal internal pipe with it:bang:
does anyone know what the part is called and how much it would be. it appears to come from the engine and its on the left hand side if looking into bonnet, pass the battery. it is a metal unit and it has 4 hoses coming from it. 2 pipes link into the car and 2 pipes link into the engine. Any help would be appreciated as i want to get my hands on the part come monday and fix it myself. and if anyone has had this prob before, is it hard to fix?
Cheers.
