time for an update.
i moved the throttle body before the charger. caused a few problems and it wouldnt idle very well. got them fixed a bit. cut down on the noise heaps, but the pod was still a bit noisy. it felt slower though. didnt have that built up power when you pushed the throttle. oh well.
anyways, i lost 3rd and 4th gear in it, so i limped it around in 2nd whenever i had to drive it.
thats been fixed by putting a new gearbox in. ive also removed the charger and all the piping, so my entire supercharger kit will be for sale soon. in one piece or multiple

Well, no news really - he's got a V8 now, no need to compensate with a supercharger

it has a new gearbox and no supercharger. thats about it really. still driving it around at times. v8 is still slower than the v6 was though

Less power maybe, Slower maybe not . You forget that the 5 litre has traction

the v8 sounds faster, but i can just tell it isnt. from a stand still, it takes off easier with less wheelspin, and even if im cruising along and floor it, the vn was quicker. for now anyway
