yer mate you need to get someone to look at it asap , if you changed the oil and you already getting water in, as you said under your cap has white creamy stuff under it means water mixing with oil . just check your water pump bearing see if it hasn't collapsed .

first step don't drive it , and get a mobile mechanic in your area to check what's the cause , maybe simple fix but not likely . all the best with it.

Ok, so oil itself would not have made this sound.

HPR10 is a perfectly fine oil for this car. The manual suggests HPR5, but if its getting on it age like his is, HPR 10 is 100% suitable. Something else is wrong.

Did you happen to do spark plugs at all? The alloytecs do have some cooling system weak spots and a leak in a gasket somewhere can be a cause of the cream under the cap (although usually if theres . if you dont change the intake manifold gaskets when doing plugs they 9/10 will break.

What are your oil levels like?

The video quality isnt great but it sounds like its got no oil in it and its rattling itself to death.

Interesting that you say it just started when you did oil change, it does sound like there is no oil in it (obviously is) as stated above do not drive it, DO NOT RUN IT, longer than necessary ( to diagnose) as it can and will cause more damage, Milky white oil is defiantly water in oil so like said, ring mobile mechanic or a tow truck to get it into workshop, As for causes of noise ?? could be a number of things without actually hearing it up close and with a stethoscope hard to say

Head gasket / cracked head or block.. Hence the white residue in your oil. Interesting that it happened when you put new oil in.

Did you put the oil in the radiator and the coolant in the engine?

Is oil and filter all you done?
Drop anything into the oil filler?

Wouldnt worry too much about the white sludge, could just be condensation. If its just on the cap ignore it

For sure, sounds like a motor with no oil. Also as akito mentioned... foam under cap if its limited to there is not a cause of concern.
