i got the diamond vision ones ( blue globe) from phillips. nice clear white light, i really like them.

HID lights in a car that doesn't have both self levelling and projector headlights is just plain stupid!!!

You can get just as good light from decent bulbs and putting them into a reflector headlight as any HID system.

Some of the additional benefits of HID is that they use less power, run cooler, and last a lot longer. The QI bulbs on a 4WD I used to own, only lasted 6 months, and I had to remove the bullbar and front grill to change them. Only did this a few times before getting sick of it, and installed HID. Bloody marvelous now.

Is there not some sort of 'board' that is used when measuring the correct heights etc. Something dealers etc use to adjust headlights to correct height.....
