Where's the best place to buy oil filters for the VE alloytec (MY09) ? It's out of warranty now so going to do my own services. It's approaching it's 75k service, what else will need to looked at apart from oil? Pretty sure the next major service is 90k.

Hi mate,

I would still buy your genuine one form Holden, it will most likely be only a couple of dollars more in any case, plus as its genuine, so piece of mind,

cheers

As Cruzer pointed out. The OEM oil filters are quite good and easy to get.

And as mentioned look in your service booklet for what needs to be checked and serviced. Airfilter is probably a good idea each service. If it hasn't been done yet, look to changing the transmission fluid also. You may need to get that done elsewhere though, could be a messy job.
