Tail lights

Just wanted to know if anyone knows what kind of aftermarket light this is I am trying to restore my grandfathers series 3 1999 vs Ute but can not find out what taillights these are

They're altezza lights, not original by any means

As said above, they're Altezza style lights... They were a popular aftermarket mod 15-20 years ago on Commodores but nowadays, they're considered tacky and cheap looking... However it's your car so you can do what you like, but I'd switch back to the original if I were you...
