Here's my VH ADP (Australian Dealer Pack) by HDT before we stripped it down for its ground up rebuild.

MODEL: VH SLE Commodore
HDT BUILD #: 630 (Sept / Oct '83)
YEAR: 1983
ENGINE: 308 5 litre V8
TRANS: 5 spd manual
COLOUR: Alabaster White
WHEELS: 15 X 7 Irmschers
INTERIOR: SLE dark blue velour seats with light blue velour door trims and head lining.
BODY: 4 door sedan with, as fitted by HDT, VC Brock rear spoiler, VH Brock side skirts and bonnet scoop.

OPTIONS / MODS : All factory SLE options included - Aircon, Trip Computer, Power Steering, 4 wheel disc brakes, 90 litre fuel tank.
Engine mods include: Roller Rockers, A9L big valve heads, Crow Cam, Extractors and single 2 1/2 inch exhaust system. Other additions to the car since then include installation of a Toyota 5 speed box, replacing the original auto box and a rather large sound system including 6 stack CD, muliple amps, speakers and subwoofers (most of which will not be going back in with the rebuild).

VH HDT 5litre 5 speed. 1 word ------ "AWSOME" Hold onto that mate, looks tuff and with the mods would have 2 be one of the better older commodores around the place. VH SLE was a top model and always been a fan of the commodores with character and thats 1 of em on my list of favourites. :thumbsup:

hey , nice hdt looks very original which is good my dad just got a vl group a all original . original stroker in it to 383. it goes

Just one thing, didnt the ORIGINALS have different rear wing and chrome wheels, not color coded ones?

NM just read it wasnt an original.
