Having not trained for about 3 weeks, I did a couple of light sessions this week.

Not really sore but have a degree of stiffness.

Doesn't take long to go backwards.

Took the young bloke down for our first Parkrun today, quite enjoyed it. Will be sore tomorrow..

Yep was nice down there.
I’ve hardly done any decent exercise other than walking since I quit masters footy when Covid blew up so well out of practice.
Getting the young fella off his iPad was good motivation.
