Had this for about 6 months , my last one gave up the ghost after a 20 year career , it had done a kings job , been with me a while , even made the journey from SA .
This what I use when not at gym combined with calisthenics .

Cheers for the words guys, really makes someone feel good about themselves to get positive feedback. Hopefully in another 12 months I can post a picture without a shirt on and feel confident about it.

My theory is that it takes someone who has been in that position , to appreciate the effort that goes into making the change .

had the pleasure of training with hama saturday night.

trained bi's and tri's and must admit hama uses different style of working out but i felt rooted after it.

its monday and my tri's are still killing me!

That one I've got , the SMA bag is quite good it's about 90 pounds in weight , the Everlast ones are OK , my old one was a Steeden , at that lasted for ages , as for for price , my one was $190 NZ or thereabouts .

This morning I entered the Sydney Marathon, held on 20 September.

Fantastic reason to get into shape once and for all.

get a heavy impact combat bag if you're using it for hitting, i had one of the everlast ones and split it with my kicks -_-
