Yeah, your right there disco.

If the seat is set at any lower than 30 degree I'd be calling it incline bench.

Anyone else hear to behind head
Military presses?

Just quietly, got my Mesomorph in today!! Will use it tomorrow, hopefully can help me get the last 5kg I need to get to 100kg!!

On another topic, supplements, what do people use?
From tomorrow onwards, I'll be going:

2 Fish Oil Tablets in the morning
Mesomorph 30 minutes pre-workout
Protein Shake post-workout
Swiss Ultivite after lunch
Magnesium Tablets (twice daily, for my back mainly but strengthens all joints)
2 Fish Oil Tablets after Evening Cardio Session.

On the topic of pre workouts, what is mesomorph like? I have a mate who takes it and loves it.I've only ever had one and that's MRI black powder but wore off after a few weeks and body got really used to it so I stopped. Wouldn't mind trying a new one though I'm always in need of a bit more pump

Yeah that would be it...incline bench press. So no quite sitting straight up just angled back a little...reckon it is around 60 degrees. Does that sound about right?

Can't speak highly enough of mesomourph. Third tub an it still pumps me up and gives me plenty of focus.

How do you guys do your Decline Bench?

I usually use a smiths machine, and where it is in my workout I'm usually pretty buggered so now don't much weight on it (40kg's usually)

I tend to do either flat or decline. Along with my incline stuff. Seeing as though decline works flat chest as well as lower chest.

This way you aren't destroying yourself or overworking, whilst still achieving good muscle fatigue.

if you have a decline bench (use one of those declined sit up benches if need be) you can use dumbbells. Something different if you want to change it up, really gives your muscles a nice WTF as there is so much more coordination required. Can't go as heavy as you can on smith though.
