So what are everyone's PBs on the leg press?

200kg x6

200 x 8 and 4 sets (thats just the plate weight as i don't know what the machine weighs)

Pretty happy with myself, started doing 37.5 dumbbells for bench press which im happy with.. definitely progressing as when i started i'd do 60 including the bar, now doing 80 with the bar pretty comfortably for 8 reps and 3-4 sets so yeah very happy for the past 6 months!

I watched it. Was good.

Phil Heath deserved the win, came in very tight and thick. Kai is my all time favorite, but he didn't nail the conditioning like Phil, looked a tad flat and bloated. Jay looked quite disappointing given his reputation, Ramy and Rhoden looked fantastic but not enough to get near Phil.

So what are everyone's PBs on the leg press?

200kg x6

For sets of 12 I regularly do about 260-320kg pyramid.

At a rough guess, 6 reps for failure I would probably do about 380-410kg

My max leg press is 440kg 1 rep.

I do leg press after squats, so legs are already a bit blown by then.
 
Top
