The j pipe drone thread

Iv heard rumors. But does the "j pipe" actually reduce / eliminate drone?

It depends if the J pipe is tuned to the drone frequency.

^^ yep. But there are two types of J pipes, the fixed tube and the adjustable one. The adjustable one allows you to tune the drone out, but I haven't actually heard them myself.

Yea well it's a ve sv6 ute auto.
Had deleted read mufflers, but the low rpm drone is a killer on the highway to work every morning,

So I was more hoping that if I throw on one of these "j-pipes" that It might manage the drone a little better.

It's either that or ss mufflers,
But do the ss mufflers still allow for a bit of noise from a v6?
