cheapest way and the quickest would eb to retyrn your bov and for about the same money get a wastegate cheapo one will do. You want the lowest psi spring they have (6 or 7 is good) Hook it up to your piping on both inlet and outlet of your charger.Hook the vacuum lines up and you may need to cut the spring in about half and stretch ti to original size. This will allow circulation around the charger and allow boost to come on and off as needed. Depending on how short you cut the spring will change how quickly it shuts in relation to throttle pressure . A 7psi will close quickly with almost any throttle input cut it shorter and itll go shut at 50%. Cutting spring in half will be about 80% throttle.
CAPA sells bypass' for $250 and can be found on website they are a bit easier to setup and work in the same way but are specifically designed for PD superchargers

Thats ok but for a cheapy not that good (bit pricey too) you need a BIG diaphragm as it more sensitive to changes in pressure. Diaphragm should be twice the size of piping. 38mm wastegate is plenty big enough (diaphragm = 70mm). Mate picked up a wastegate for 200 at autobahn the other week and would be perfect for this sort of thing.

doesnt matter how much boost your running the spring has nothing to do with boost on a charger. It will be used as a valve to allow air to recirculate around the charger. The springs is cut so the diaphragm can measured the difference between vacuum on either side of it. Thats why you need a big diaphragm to acuratelly measured the minute change in vacuum
