Not sure if SA has adopted it yet, but if it has you are virtually buggered now when it comes to FI on a 5L VB-VL

Formula for FI engines is
max engine capacity = vehicle weight x 3
Heaviest VK V8 is around 1400kg
1300x3= 4320cc

If you're really serious about this, I would suggest consulting with an engineer before committing to anything. Having an engineer on board from the very beginning will make things a lot easier.

Ok so with how much of a pain this is going to be should I just do a stroker kit and be done with it? And what kind of extra power would I get out of it? This is what I'm running ATM.

My engine has a stage 2 Crow cam, flat top pistons running 10.1comp, bored out, ported and polilshed heads, Pacemaker extractors, twin 2 1/2" exhaust and other stuff I can't remember but hard to list everything.

Really just some more power out of the old girl it's a weekender now. So my plan is to tidy her up and see if I can make some more power for a bit more fun.
